After over a year of development Apposite Technologies have announced that the latest version of their Netropy operating system, Netropy 4.0, will be available from August.

Netropy 4.0 introduces:

  • A modern user interface in HTML5
  • A brand-new topology editor for great visualization of your emulated paths
  • The addition of a RESTful API for greater test automation
  • Pre-set network profiles for easy path configuration

Netropy 4.0 will be available as a free upgrade for any Netropy customers with current license or maintenance agreements.

They are also doing a limited release of Netropy 4.0 beta to Netropy users and enthusiasts. If you would like to be considered as a beta candidate you can apply on the apposite website.
