Following the huge success of the first ever Wi-Fi Design Day held in October 2017, Ekahau and Open Reality are excited to announce that the event will be returning on 2nd November 2018 at the Barbican Centre in London.
Wi-Fi Design Day provides a unique, well-targeted opportunity for those managing wireless networks to discuss technology developments and best practices, and to hear from experts within the wireless community. The day will be full of exciting design theory, practical case studies, and future-gazing.
An attendance of about 250 is expected for the event.
Discussing the event, Sam Cobley, Marketing Manager for Open Reality, commented, “Last year was such a great success that repeating the event was a no-brainer. I’m really excited to welcome people back to a bigger and better event this November. Delegates that attended last year will love the improvements we are making.”
“The idea of Wi-Fi Design Day is simple: Get the Wi-Fi minded folks to meet face-to-face to share ideas and have some fun,” explained Jussi Kivinemi, Senior Vice President of Ekahau. “What makes our event different is two things: Firstly, the speakers are selected not only based on their technical knowledge, but for them being known as the most captivating storytellers in the industry. Secondly, the audience is very passionate about Wi-Fi, and willing to share their experiences. These two factors ensure the event is entertaining, welcoming, and well targeted for the audience.”
