Dear Friends,
You may know that our colleague and close friend Paul Wilson had been fighting cancer since January 2016, and was making great progress until recently when we received the really bad news that it had spread. Since that time he had been staying at home with his family as he continued to receive treatment and remained very positive.
The past year has been a tremendous strain on his family, friends, and everyone in our business. It has been difficult to manage without him, or even contemplate life without him, however we then received further bad news that his cancer was terminal.
It is with great sadness that we announce that Paul passed away peacefully on the morning of Friday 12th May. However after such a long fight, it’s a relief for everyone that he didn’t suffer any pain in the end.
It was always important to Paul that we ran a good ethical business and that we put customer care first. It would have been important to him that we carry on and we endeavour to continue operating to Paul’s ethos as part of his lasting legacy.
He leaves behind a wife, four beautiful children, hundreds of close friends and a big hole in our business family. Our thoughts are with his family at this time.
