Open Reality are excited to announce the return of the ‘State of Wi-Fi’ survey. Launched in 2018 the survey is designed to examine the current challenges in running a Wi-Fi network and the trends and technologies that will shape wireless network management moving forwards.

With over 175 network engineers, IT managers, and wireless consultants from around the world contributing last year, one of the key findings was that over half of organisations checked their Wi-Fi network status several times a day.

This shows how the demands on Wi-Fi networks have increased exponentially as Wi-Fi becomes the de-facto carrier for Cloud, IoT, video, and cellular data offloading.
