IDC interviewed organizations using 7SIGNAL to deliver full visibility and intelligent analysis across their enterprise wireless network environments. All used the Mobile Eye solution extensively. A few used both the Mobile Eye and the Sapphire Eye solutions. On average, these organizations had a base of 60,180 employees supported by an IT staff of 1,686, engaged in managing 215 business applications. Multiple vertical industries were represented in this study, including healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, education, financial services, and professional services.
The data obtained and applied to IDC’s Business Value model showed that study participants realized significant value with 7SIGNAL’s Mobile Eye solution. IDC calculates that these organizations achieve average annual benefits of $1.16 million per organization ($97,600 per subscription), resulting in a three-month payback and a return on investment (ROI) of 670%.
